He said he looked down at his cell phone for just a second before we hit. He said he thought his light was green but the Police officer informed him that there were witnesses that said it was a red light. The guy then said he was sorry IF he caused the crash. Well no 'if's about it. Part of me is really angry part of me just wants to move on and try to get over it. Thanks for your prayers Windy! They mean a lot.
